1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is mandatory.

2. Non-returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Software, downloadable digital products, and gift cards
  • Headphones and personal care electronics if unsealed
  • Items damaged by improper handling, water, fire, or unauthorized modifications

3. Refund Process

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding approval. If approved, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending it back. Exchange availability may vary depending on stock.

5. Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please mail it to our Return Center address provided after you submit a request. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times vary by institution. If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@novatech.com.
